At SpeakWell, we respect your privacy. We collect information you choose to provide when submitting lesson feedback, enquiring about courses or registering your interest. This information helps us respond to enquiries and manage our learning services.

Course enquiries

If you register your interest in a course, we save your name, email address, optional telephone number, your answers about level and preferred class time, and any comments. We use these details to contact you about the course. We only send course news if you tick the box to agree.

English Level Check

When you complete our free English Level Check, we record your answers, assessment score and suggested learning level to help improve our teaching resources. You can see your results without providing your name or email address.

If you choose to provide contact details, we use them for the purposes explained when you submit them. We only send course updates and promotional materials if you have separately agreed to receive them.

How your information is stored

Feedback, course enquiries and Level Check records are stored securely in our online database (Lovable Cloud). Only SpeakWell's signed-in administrator can view them. Visitors to the website cannot see anyone else's information.

We do not ask for payment details, and you do not need an account to practise the lessons.
