SpeakWell provides practical English-language lessons and learning resources to help adults develop confidence in everyday conversations.
Using Our Lessons
Our introductory English lessons are available free of charge for personal learning and practice.
We also plan to offer paid group classes, private lessons and additional educational resources. Details of these services, including fees and enrolment conditions, will be provided before purchase.
Educational Purpose
Our lessons use everyday situations, including shopping, travelling and visiting the doctor, to help learners practise spoken English.
These activities are designed to teach communication skills. They do not replace advice from qualified professionals.
Attendance and Missed Lessons
The SpeakWell Everyday English Confidence Course consists of 10 scheduled live online lessons.
Learners are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to receive the full benefit of the programme.
If a learner misses a scheduled class, the missed lesson cannot be transferred, rescheduled or redeemed in a future course. SpeakWell does not guarantee that this programme will be repeated or that alternative sessions will be available.
Missed classes due to a learner's personal circumstances do not ordinarily qualify for a partial refund or credit.
If SpeakWell cancels a scheduled lesson, we will arrange an appropriate replacement session or provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these conditions limits a learner's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Course Fees, Cancellations and Refunds
The Founding Group course fee is A$300 per learner for all 10 live lessons. This is the total price. No card-processing surcharge applies.
Payments are received by SpeakLevel, the business operating the SpeakWell education brand. SpeakLevel is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
The ten scheduled lesson dates are 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30 November 2026, and 5 December 2026. All lessons take place on Mondays and Saturdays, 10 am – 11 am AEDT.
If you cancel your enrolment and your cancellation is received by 26 October 2026, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations received after 26 October 2026, refunds for a change of mind or personal inability to attend are not ordinarily available because places are limited and reserved for enrolled learners. We will consider exceptional circumstances individually. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If SpeakWell cancels the entire course, every enrolled learner will receive a full refund.

SpeakWell's original lesson content, voice recordings, flashcards, quizzes and teaching resources are provided for personal educational use.
